Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes and the risk of damage in transit, we do not accept returns based on personal preference (like/dislike of fragrance). Returns are only accepted in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items—subject to verification and approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Criteria:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order, in case the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including any branded tags or seals.
  • The customer must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only products purchased through official Lattafa Pakistan Website or Official Kiosks are eligible.
