1. Standard Delivery Timeframes

Lattafa Pakistan offers nationwide delivery through verified courier partners.

Major Cities (e.g. Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.) 3-5 working days
Other Cities & Remote Areas 5-7 working days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or operational constraints of the courier partner.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Charges: PKR 250 

3. High-Value Orders

  • COD is available for orders up to PKR 50,000 without advance.

  • For orders above PKR 50,000, customers must pay 50% in advance to confirm shipment.

  • This measure ensures timely delivery, minimizes risk of returns on high-value items, and guarantees availability of your selected products.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) on a working day are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email.
  • Tracking links or courier updates will be provided to monitor the delivery status in real time.

6. Undeliverable Orders

If the recipient is unavailable or unreachable at the provided address:

  • Our courier partner will attempt up to 2 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-dispatch may require the customer to pay an additional shipping fee.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to inaccessible or unattended locations.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or missing items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via:

9. International Shipping

Currently, LattafaPakistan.com ships only within Pakistan.
